Please review each vacancy listing for the specific specials available for the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 academic years. These incentives are good through March 31st, 2025. Utilities must be transferred in to your name within 3 business days of signing the lease regardless as to when you actually move in. Specials only apply to units advertised showing these specials. These specials do not apply to any unit you may have already placed a deposit on. Specials are for new or returning tenants only, not existing tenants that may be renewing. If you are applying for a unit with a roommate, partner, spouse, etc. your FICO scores will be averaged and you will receive the special based upon the average. The first lease you sign with us will be for 12, 13 or 14 months depending on what incentives you have qualified for. If you break your lease or you buyout of your lease, all incentives that you were given will need to be repaid upon vacating the unit.
