These incentives are good through March 31st, 2025.  You must sign a lease or put down a non-refundable hold deposit by this date, however you do not need to move in immediately, to get these incentives.  Our incentives are based upon your FICO score.  Not all units have incentives.  Please see MORE DETAILS at bottom the of this page.
No FICO score at all:
The $100 CASH bonus at lease signing.
550 to 679 FICO:
Pay no rent until April 1st, 2025.  Plus the $100 CASH bonus at lease signing.
680 to 799 FICO:
Pay no rent until April 1st, 2025 + 1/2 off the first month of your lease renewal.  Plus the $100 CASH bonus at lease signing.
800 to 900 FICO:
Pay no rent until April 1st, 2025 + the first month of your lease renewal for free.  Plus the $100 CASH bonus at lease signing.

March's Incentives – STUDENT HOUSING

No application fees.

We may have other specials available for some of our student housing.  Please review each vacancy listing for the specific specials available for the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 academic years.

MORE DETAILS:  One incentive per unit leased.  Utilities must be transferred in to your name within 3 business days of signing the lease regardless as to when you actually move in.  Specials only apply to units advertised showing these specials.  These specials do not apply to any unit you may have already placed a deposit on.  Specials are for new or returning tenants only, not existing tenants that may be renewing.  If you are applying for a unit with a roommate, partner, spouse, etc. your FICO scores will be averaged and you will receive the special based upon the average.  The first lease you sign with us will be for 12, 13 or 14 months depending on what incentives you have qualified for.

If you break your lease or you buyout of your lease, all incentives that you were given will need to be repaid upon vacating the unit.  These incentives are given as an incentive to sign a lease, by breaking the lease or buying out of your lease you have not honored the lease agreement which invalidates the incentives that you were given and you will need to repay all of the incentives.
